Audrey Querns

Audrey Querns is the temporary program coordinator for MGS. She supports the MGS team by managing schedules, travel, and client communication. She also draws on her background in project management and writing to conduct and analyze research, write reports, and publish the MGS quarterly newsletter.

Audrey spent years at Amazon.com in various positions, including customer service representative, supervisor, training manager, and senior project manager for customer service expansion. She is thrilled to have the chance to use her time at MGS Consulting to better understand the nonprofit sector and how she can use her interest and experience in creating and improving processes to build capacity in the sector.

Audrey has a BA in political science and Asian language and literature from Indiana University and an MA in Japan studies from the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. She is also a certified Pilates Reformer instructor, teaching classes at the West Seattle/Fauntleroy YMCA and contributes monthly articles about home energy conservation and family-oriented recycling projects to the Coolmom.org website.
