Barbara Grant, MA A.B.S. is a co-founder and Managing Partner at MGS Consulting. She has been actively involved in leadership roles and building and developing communities and organizations in Washington State since 1986. Barbara’s experience reflects the diversity of the Puget Sound area, as her work has spanned the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She views complexity as an opportunity for change, and assists organizations in managing this complexity in order to strengthen internal capacity and enhance outcomes for constituents served.

Maureen MacCarthy, MBA, is a cofounder and Managing Partner for MGS Consulting. Maureen specializes in analyzing customer, business operation and market data and leveraging that analysis into improved, sustainable processes and business strategies for clients. Her work spans across many sectors, including local and international nonprofits, private corporations, and public institutions.

Liz Morris is the Business Manager for MGS Consulting. In this role, she provides oversight for all client engagements, from initial contracting to project completion and follow up. She supervises MGS internal operations, including financial and administrative functions, as well as external client communication. Her work with clients includes research, analysis and reporting for projects such as community assessments and program evaluations, as well as technical grant-writing assistance.

Audrey Querns is the temporary Program Coordinator for MGS. She supports the MGS team by managing schedules, travel, and client communication.
